Position: Administrative Employee
Location: Amman Gardens
Salary Range: 450 to 650 JD (based on qualifications and experience)
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the office
- Manage and maintain office documents, files, and records
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations - Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
