Global Exchange Jordan LLC., at QAIA, is looking to hire part timers in the capacity of Customer Service Rep. (limited duration contract, with the possibility of renewal).


What is expected in a candidate:

- Undergraduate or Fresh Graduate in Business Administration, languages, marketing and sale, or any similar fields.

- Very good commands in English (Oral).

- Flexibility (working on shifts system - A, B & C).



Education and Experience

 

:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Languages, Tourism, or other similar fields.
Fresh Graduate and undergraduate are encouraged to apply.
0-1 years of experience in customer. 
service or money exchange service.


 

Competencies required:

Excellent commands in English (speaking).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent numerical and cash handling skills.
Customer Service skills.
Knowledge in currencies and cash handling is a plus.






 

Other requirements:

Jordanian nationalities are only accepted.
Flexibility in terms of working on 3 shifts system.
Flexibility in terms of Uniform and Dress Code.




 

Employment Conditions:


 

Part Time bases (with the Possibility to transition to full time bases).
Limited employment contract duration (with the possibility to extend).
